Grilled Orange-Coconut Jam Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup Sammi's Orange Coconut Jam mixed with water 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts   DIRECTIONS: In a medium bowl, whisk together Orange-Coconut Jam, garlic, thyme, & oregano; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Reserve 1/4 cup and set aside. In a gallon size Ziploc bag or large bowl, combine glaze mixture and chicken; marinate for at least 1 hour to overnight, turning the bag occasionally. Sorrel Jam Filled Cookie Recipe

    INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup white sugar 2 egg yolks 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup Sammi's Gourmet Treats Sorrel Jam DIRECTIONS Prep 30 minutes | Cook 10 minutes | Ready In 40 minutes Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar and egg yolks. Mix in flour a little bit at a time until a soft dough forms. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. If dough is too soft, refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes. Place balls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Tamarind Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients   4 Med. Pork chops 1/8 Tsp. Salt 1/8 Tsp. Pimento (All Spice) Powder 1/4 Small Scotch Bonnet (sliced) 1 Medium Onion (sliced) 1 Large Clove Garlic 4 Tbsp. Sammi’s Tamarind Jam 1/4 Tbsp Cooking Oil Of Choice Directions Rinse pork chops and dry. season with chopped garlic, sloth bonnet pepper, salt and pimento powder. Heat sauce pan, add 1/4 Tbsp oil. When hot add pork chops. When brown on either side remove chops and put into pot and add 1/4 cup of water then cover. Keep adding water every 10 mins until tender. Cook for 30-35 mins.
