INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup Sammi's Orange Coconut Jam mixed with water 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts   DIRECTIONS: In a medium bowl, whisk together Orange-Coconut Jam, garlic, thyme, & oregano; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Reserve 1/4 cup and set aside. In a gallon size Ziploc bag or large bowl, combine glaze mixture and chicken; marinate for at least 1 hour to overnight, turning the bag occasionally. INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup Sammi's Gourmet Treats Orange-Coconut Jam 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon sweet paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 4 chicken breast halves on the bone, with skin (10 ounces each) Salt and freshly ground black pepper DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 425°. In a small bowl, stir together the Orange-Coconut Jam, lemon juice, water, paprika and cayenne. Put the chicken breasts on a rimmed baking sheet.
