Tamarind Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients   4 Med. Pork chops 1/8 Tsp. Salt 1/8 Tsp. Pimento (All Spice) Powder 1/4 Small Scotch Bonnet (sliced) 1 Medium Onion (sliced) 1 Large Clove Garlic 4 Tbsp. Sammi’s Tamarind Jam 1/4 Tbsp Cooking Oil Of Choice Directions Rinse pork chops and dry. season with chopped garlic, sloth bonnet pepper, salt and pimento powder. Heat sauce pan, add 1/4 Tbsp oil. When hot add pork chops. When brown on either side remove chops and put into pot and add 1/4 cup of water then cover. Keep adding water every 10 mins until tender. Cook for 30-35 mins. Sammi's Gourmet Treats at the Tourism Awareness Expo

Last Friday we were at the Tourism Awareness Expo and I have to say it was fun. Shared a booth with some truly talented and amazing people. Also got an interview with Emily Crook-Shield and spoke to the Minister of Tourism for a bit. It was fun interacting with the customers and it's always great to hear the positive feedback as-well. Have to say a big THANK YOU to all those shared their views about the product. They were really touching. :) It was quite a looooong day but it was such a positive experience.
