Jamaican saltfish fritters also known as Stamp & Go is a quick dish to make as the name suggests. This meal is usually made for breakfast and it’s bite size is perfect for those looking to grab something to go.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- thyme
- saltfish
- scallions
- scotch bonnet peppers
- onions
Directions
- In a bowl add Flour , thyme leaves , onion , scallions, scotch bonnet peppers and shredded saltfish.
- Add water and mix ingredients together until desired consistency is achieved
- Heat oil in frying pan
- Pour batter into pan and cook until golden on both sides
