Spotted bananas make some of the tastiest treats not to mention nutritious. A few mashed ripe bananas can go a long way. So today’s go-to breakfast snack recipe will be banana fritters.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cupsflour
- a pinch of salt
- water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
- Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl
- Add dry ingredients to mashed bananas
- Add water
- Mix until you achieve a smooth consistency
- Heat oil in a frying pan
- When ready pour batter into pan
- wait until edges are of a light brown color then flip on other side
- Remove from pan when both sides are golden brown
- Place on paper towel to cool

- Remove oil from fritters with paper towels
- serve warm
