How To Make Banana Fritters For Breakfast

Spotted bananas make some of the tastiest treats not to mention nutritious. A few mashed ripe bananas can go a long way. So today’s go-to breakfast snack recipe will be banana fritters.

Ingredients

  1. 2 ripe bananas
  2. 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  3. 2 cupsflour
  4. a pinch of salt
  5. water
  6. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  7. 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

  1. Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl
  2. Add dry ingredients to mashed bananas
  3. Add water
  4. Mix until you achieve a smooth consistency
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan
  6. When ready pour batter into pan
  7. wait until edges are of a light brown color then flip on other side
  8. Remove from pan when both sides are golden brown
  9. Place on paper towel to cool

Notes

  • Remove oil from fritters with paper towels
  • serve warm
